Monday: 12:30pm – 1:30pm / 5:15pm – 6:30pm / 6:45pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday: 6:15pm – 7:30pm
Wednesday: 12:30pm – 1:30pm / 5:15pm – 6:30pm / 6:45pm – 8:00pm
Friday: 12:30pm – 1:30pm / 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Saturday: 1pm – 2:30pm
Members: included with memberships
Mat rental: $2
*no-show fee: $5
Private yoga sessions: $60 (1 hour session by appointment)
