Yoga is a great tool for climbers - helping with agility, strength, breathing and much more! If you're ready to take your climbing routine to the next level, get started with yoga here at Cliff Hangers. Instructor and class type vary, see online schedule below for the most up to date information.

Join us for yoga classes!

Monday: 6:45pm – 8:00pm Yoga with Sonya

Tuesday: 8:00am – 8:45am Power Yoga with Alisha,

               9:00am – 9:30am Core HIIT with Alisha,

               6:15pm – 7:30pm Yoga with Sonya

Wednesday: 6:45pm – 8:00pm Yoga with Sonya

Thursday: 6:15pm – 7:30pm Yoga with Alisha 

Saturday: 1:00pm – 2:30pm Yoga with Sonya

 

Power Yoga

Tuesdays: 8:00am – 8:45am

Start your day with mindfulness and movement. This quick and effective yoga flow will cultivate flexibility and strength with an emphasis on staying connected with the breath. We will start with intention-setting and a brief warm-up to ease into a vigorous flow. Modifications will be provided for various levels of experience. The class will end with some deep stretches and a short meditation. 

This class will take place on the main climbing floor near the monster wall, allowing more space to spread out. All you need to bring is a mat!

 

Core HIIT

Tuesdays: 9:00am – 9:30am

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training

Train your core and cardiovascular system to improve your overall fitness and climbing abilities. This class will include exercises targeting various core muscles as well as some full body movements that will get your heart rate up. Exercises will be performed in timed intervals of work followed by rest.

This class will take place on the main climbing floor near the monster wall, allowing more space to spread out. All you need to bring is a mat!

Members: included with memberships

Non-members: $8

Mat rental: $2

*no-show fee: $5

Private yoga sessions: $60 (1 hour session by appointment)

*to avoid a no-show fee, please cancel your spot no less than 24hrs in advance.

Classes offered include: yoga foundations, sun salutations 101, yin yang flow for climbers, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, deep stretch, introduction to arm balances & inversions, yoga for athletes
