Yoga is a great tool for climbers - helping with agility, strength, breathing and much more! If you're ready to take your climbing routine to the next level, get started with yoga here at Cliff Hangers. Instructor and class type vary, see online schedule below for the most up to date information.

Join us for yoga classes!

Monday: 9:00am – 10:15am with Tracy

Wednesday: 9:00am - 10:00am with Tracy

Friday: 9:00am - 10:15am with Tracy



Members: included with memberships

Non-members: $8

Mat rental: $2

*no-show fee: $5

Private yoga sessions: $60 (1 hour session by appointment)


Space is limited so be sure to call, click, or stop by the front desk to reserve your spot!

*to avoid a no-show fee, please cancel your spot no less than 24hrs in advance.

Classes offered include: yoga foundations, sun salutations 101, yin yang flow for climbers, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, restorative yoga, deep stretch, introduction to arm balances & inversions, yoga for athletes
